ANSWER: YES!!
EXPLANATION:
I have been making money by filling our surveys for nearly one year.
Since August of 2006, I've probably filled out 1,000 surveys...and I'd
estimate that I've been paid for nearly 90% of them. Most of these surveys
pay $0.40 - $1.75 and take anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes to
complete.
IF YOU EVER SEE A SITE THAT CLAIMS THAT YOU CAN MAKE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS A DAY, FILLING OUT SURVEYS, THIS IS A SCAM. ALSO, I'D RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM SURVEY SITES THAT PAY YOU POINTS FOR EACH SURVEY YOU COMPLETE. THESE MAY TAKE YOU A MONTH TO ACCUMULATE ENOUGH POINTS TO GET PAID $10!
If you really want to make money filling out surveys, visiting a GPT site is a proven method. These sites tell you exacly what each survey pays, and then pay you immediately after taking them. For instance, I can take 10 surveys/day for an entire week at an average of $0.50 per survey and make $35. That's $140/month. Not bad for 20 minutes/day.

THE
PROVEN METHOD TO GET CREDIT
Most of the surveys listed above require you to complete the
survey. However, many others will pay you after completing only the
first or second page. Also, some surveys don't require you to answer
every question. On some of them, you only have to answer the questions
with an asterik next the question (*). Use the following as a guide
to completing surveys:
Pays after the second page (this is usually the page that asks for your personal information):

DELETING
COOKIES
Before ever taking a survey, always delete your Internet browser's cookies.
These store information about computer and will drastically reduce your
ability to get paid for surveys. Simply go to Tools/Options and delete
your cookies between each offer. Also, I downloaded a program called CCleaner
which deletes them all for me.
PREVENTING
SPAM
To prevent spam from flooding my phone lines and mail box, I purchased
a PO Box ($5/month) and use an online voicemail system called Privatephone.net.
I definitely recommend that you consider both of these options.
MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER
You absolutely, without question, must use a different e-mail account with each survey you complete. Many survey sites will only pay you once per e-mail account. Because of this, you must use a different e-mail account per survey. Many people use Gmail to set up multiple accounts. One great feature of gmail allows you to use multiple e-mails per account via the following method:

As long as you place a period between the letters, the surveys see this as a different address. However, all of these e-mails go back to the original e-mail account.
